Cheesewring, blue
Cheesewring, blue
Natural standing stones on Bodmin Moor, known as the Cheesewring, are the inspiration for this woven textile art piece. Drawings were made in situ up on the moors on a blustery day. The background for this design is taken from the textures of the actual rocks and the loose drawn lines represent the boulders of this monumental granite tor structure, which rises to over nine metres high.
This unique digital tapestry artwork is hand-woven in linen, cotton and rayon floss and is easy to hang on your wall. There is a woven tube in the top of the piece for a fine rod and this can be supported on two wall tacks. (Please note rod and tacks not included).
The artwork measures approximately 52cm wide by 40cm long.
