Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions cover purchases, including commissions, made from Fiona J Sperryn and by proceeding with a purchase from Fiona J Sperryn you are entering into a contract with Fiona J Sperryn and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.  The terms ‘we’, ‘us’ and ‘our’ on the website refer to Fiona J Sperryn and ‘you’ and ‘your’ refer to you, the customer.

Products

All products listed are subject to availability.  While every effort has been made to represent the products accurately, please note that by nature each hand-woven product is unique and therefore may vary from that pictured on the website.  An exact colour match cannot be guaranteed as all products will appear differently depending on how your screen shows colour.

Payment

All debit, credit and charge card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer.  If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, your order will not be accepted and Fiona J Sperryn will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Changing an order

Please check all details carefully when placing an order and notify Fiona J Sperryn as soon as possible if an error has been identified in an order.  Every reasonable effort will be made to correct an error made by Fiona J Sperryn and to resend the order.

Cancelling an order

You have the right to cancel an order made within 14 days of it being received.  Please notify Fiona J Sperryn by email or phone +44 (0)7800 773054 as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order.  If the goods have already been dispatched, they should be returned within 10 days to Fiona J Sperryn in their original packaging as far as possible.  You will receive a full refund excluding delivery charges within 14 days.  Fiona J Sperryn will not be liable for any mailing costs incurred for dispatch or return.  Fiona J Sperryn reserves the right to cancel the contract between us if there is insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered, if we do not deliver to your area or if the description or price of the product was incorrect.  We will not be obliged to offer any additional compensation for consequential loss or disappointment suffered.

Orders not received

If in the unfortunate circumstance that goods do not arrive, please notify Fiona J Sperryn as soon as possible after the projected date for the delivery and at least within 10 days.  If you do not notify us within 10 days, we will not issue refunds, remake or resend any products.

Intellectual Property

In purchasing from Fiona J Sperryn, you acknowledge that all copyright, trade-marks, and other intellectual property rights in and relating to the Fiona J Sperryn website and Fiona J Sperryn products are owned by us. Please do not copy, distribute, show in public or create any derivative work from the Fiona J Sperryn website, or any Fiona J Sperryn product unless properly authorised by Fiona J Sperryn to do so.
