Shipping service

We are pleased to offer a personalised shipping service to every customer.  Please contact Fiona J Sperryn direct to discuss your sending preferences and we will be happy to accommodate any special requirements.

Shipping

We aim to send out confirmed orders within 5 working days of payment clearance.  Bespoke commissions will of course take longer and Fiona J Sperryn will advise of timings when discussing the order.  Products will usually be sent out Monday to Friday for delivery by courier and costed according to customer delivery requirements.  Prices start from £15.00 for UK courier signed-for delivery.

We also advise customers outside the United Kingdom that orders shipped overseas may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country.  Goods are sent on a delivery duty unpaid basis.  This means any charges for customs clearance are paid by you, the customer.  Please check with your local government customs office, before placing an order, for any import duty or additional taxes that may apply to your country of delivery.  Fiona J Sperryn does not accept any liability for additional taxes and charges relating to clearing your goods through customs. These are the responsibility of the customer.  Please also be aware that packages crossing borders may be subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.

Please take care when entering delivery information as Fiona J Sperryn cannot be held liable for any goods misdelivered or delivery addresses not found.  Deliveries will require a signature on arrival.

Returns

If you are not satisfied in any way on receipt of your purchase, please contact Fiona J Sperryn by phone on +44 (0)7800 773054, by email or by using our contact form, for details of how to make a return.  Please note returns should be made as soon as possible and at least within 30 days in the original packaging where possible and products must be in a saleable condition, unscented and undamaged.  If the goods received are damaged in any way, please contact Fiona J Sperryn promptly.  Bespoke items can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged. Fiona J Sperryn will not be liable for any mailing costs incurred for dispatch or return.  We suggest an insured special delivery service and all packages are returned at the customer’s own risk.  Once the goods are received, a full refund, less postage, will be made within 14 days by the original method of payment.
