Rough Tor, May
Rough Tor, May
Original drawings were made of Rough Tor stones up on one of the highest points of Bodmin Moor, at 390m, on a fresh February day. The background textures come from the rocks of the tor itself and the loose drawn lines represent the outlines of these solid granite boulders.
This unique wall hanging is hand-woven in linen, silk, rayon floss, lurex and cotton, giving a gold lustre and hint of sparkle. The piece measures approximately 69cm wide by 46cm long.
All these pieces are easy to hang on your wall. A rod will fit easily into a tube in the top of the piece. This can then be supported by two wall tacks. Please note rod and tacks are not included.
