‘Artist Weaver Designer’, Fiona J Sperryn MA RCA produces sustainable fine art textiles for sale. Fiona offers expert tuition, bespoke jacquard weave courses, commission weaving, textile consultancy and mentoring with a TC2 digital jacquard loom in-house. Her unique wall art is created from original drawings. Each tapestry is carefully woven by hand in her studio in Cornwall on a state-of-the-art loom.

Tide Scape

This contemporary hanging (detail below) was inspired by many landscapes. Part of the Scapes series, it measures 76 x 170 cm and is handwoven in ‘deadstock’ yarns. By choosing these threads, waste yarns from industry, here linen, tencel, bamboo, silk and rayon for example, are given a new life and saved from landfill.
